Tirlift 2 Electric Winch
Verlinde Tirlift TC and TL type single and 3-phase electric winches cater for loads from 125kg to 1500kg. This universal range of electric winches is ideal for lifting and pulling and adapts perfectly to all your needs (wide range of loads, many options available). In addition, the robust design of this winch is a guarantee of a very long life and low maintenance.
The Verlinde Tirlift 2 electric winch is designed to provide users with the maximum level of safety. These winches are intended for traction or lifting for loads from 125kg to 1500kg (FEM class 1Am, 2m). They comply with EC directive 2006/42 / EC. TIRLIFT 2 type TL and TC electric winches and offer as standard:
- IP55 type protection of the electrical equipment (box and motor)
- A reduction gear with a 3-stage gear system, cut, ground and hardened helical teeth for extremely quiet operation, lubricated for life (semi-fluid grease), sealing provided by O-rings and lip seal at the end of the shaft
- An On/Off contactor (for equipment B and C)
- A 48V Low Voltage transformer (for equipment B and C)
- A range of lifting brake motors (class F protection)
- Electromagnetic brake with automatic wear compensation
- A modular and scalable construction frame allowing for multiple direction for the cable exit of the drum
